U.S. & International Returns
- We do except exchanges, but do not cover the cost to send back the original item you purchased.
- We will cover the cost to send out the new exchange item.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any City Society hangtags, attached.
- Do not ship back any clothing worn, or you will be responsible for the shipping of the item back to you.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- All sale items are final sale
- Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We do not cover return shipping cost.

- We will alert you via email once we receive your returned item.
- Please allow 10 days for money to be returned back into your account.
